Day of Details for Graduates

GradPass Information 

• Your GradPass serves as the reader card for your name to be announced on stage during your degree ceremony.
• GradPasses will be emailed to students the week of Commencement
• Please print your GradPass on white standard letter-sized paper (8.5 x 11 inches) and bring it to your ceremony.
• Keep your GradPass with you at all times. Don’t lose it or leave it at your seat when you walk to the stage.

Day of Details for Graduates

• Graduates should report to Hutton Gym for student line-up in caps and gowns 45 minutes before the ceremony start time.
• Be sure to have your printed GradPass with you.
• There is no secure place to store your belongings. Please leave them at home, or with a guest.
• No guests will be allowed in the student line-up area.
• Entry gates to Wilson Field open 30 minutes prior to the start of each ceremony.
