Day of Details for Graduates
StagePass Information
- Your StagePass serves as the reader card for your name to be announced on stage during your degree ceremony.
- StagePasses will be emailed to students the week of Commencement
- Please print your StagePass on white standard letter-sized paper (8.5 x 11 inches) and bring it to your ceremony.
- Keep your StagePass with you at all times. Don’t lose it or leave it at your seat when you walk to the stage.
Day of Details for Graduates
- Graduates should report to Hutton Gym for student line-up in caps and gowns 45 minutes before the ceremony start time.
- Be sure to have your printed StagePass with you.
- There is no secure place to store your belongings. Please leave them at home, or with a guest.
- No guests will be allowed in the student line-up area or student seating section.
- Children are not permitted, regardless of age.
- Entry gates to Wilson Field open 30 minutes prior to the start of each ceremony. Please ensure your guests have their tickets ready upon entry to the field.
